Don't see any pros as company do not have any direction. employee need to find their own tasks.
Cons
Company is ill treating, worst employee care, focus only on billing. Onsite employees are paid lesser then daily labor. No care for onsite employee, they are either on mercy of onsite client or employee need to survive on their own expanses.
