Cons
Management is technically unschooled. All they care about is finishing the deadline. Doing quality work is less important than meeting the deadlines and coming to the office in time. No Overtime pay, but out of the blue one day, you will hear something like... "All holidays are canceled until further notice". In times of emergencies, they will make you work for 10-12hrs without overtime payment. They also have a tradition of "Cancelling Weekend". Forget about the 40hrs/week and paid holiday included contract that you signed. They have rejected applications for leave for many serious conditions, even family emergencies. Some of that even got to the point of resignation. Basically, you would have to pay for all of the bad decisions your management takes. And if I am not mistaken, that is a straight violation of the "Bangladesh Labour Act, 2006", hence illegal. After all these, they are building the same mediocre software for over 7 years over and over again, still unable to generate any revenue.
