Pros
Management has a really healthy vision on how a company should be run. The company works remote 100%. This means that you can enjoy having 0 commute and work with talented people all around the world. So many companies are missing out on hiring the best people just because they limit themselves to a specific area. But iSAMS doesn't and that's reflected everywhere. DevOps is world class! I've never seen deployments running so smooth, with features that you see only on top tech companies. The main part of their product is written in fairly old tech, but they managed to wrap that in a way that new features can use newer tech, so things are improving constantly. CTO is hands-on technical, something that weirdly enough seems to be rare these days. The company uses the best development practices and provide good training support. There is no micromanagement at all, and even though you work remotely they trust you 100% with your time. This is one of the best companies to work for if you enjoy being a developer.
Cons
I left because I wanted to work with different technologies (big data). So the only con I can think of is that they only have 1 company. With everything running so smooth and the vision they have, I'd love if they entered more markets with different products. Anything the'll do it's going to be successful, because they provide the perfect working environment for talented software engineers.
