Supportive and Attentive Management: My current manager is incredibly kind, understanding, and attentive, making note of every detail I mention and taking timely action, which has made me feel truly valued. Accessible and Down-to-Earth Leadership: Our Sales Director, despite his senior role, is approachable, supportive, and genuinely looks out for the team, creating a comfortable and inclusive work environment. Opportunities for Professional Growth: iSpring has provided opportunities to travel internationally for conferences, allowing me to expand my knowledge and build my network. Strong Remote Culture: Even though I work remotely, I feel connected and appreciated, with a well-supported onboarding process and continued mentorship and guidance from my team.

Cons

Outdated Systems: Some of the internal systems at iSpring feel a bit outdated, though you get used to them over time. The company takes a "if it’s not broken, don’t fix it" approach, which works well for stability but can occasionally slow things down.

Pros

I have been working as a freelance translator for iSpring for 5 years now. It is a pleasure to work with this team of professional project managers. They are highly responsive and always send clear instructions. When set deadlines are too short, they are flexible and we have always been able to come to an arrangement.
