Pros
If you are lucky and land in the right team, you are greeted with amazing, quite talented individuals. The work environment is average. The exposure to such a wide range of customers being a pros or cons would depend on how you look at it.
Cons
What if you are unlucky enough to run into "those" teams? Running rampant with maggots who had no working standard, no respect for other team's work and member. Take no ownership, nor responsibility to their actions. The managenet is loose enough to not only let this continue, but somehow secretly adore it as these maggots are the like to be on the podium at the Year End Party. Amazingly disappointing.
