Had many problems obtaining the money I earned. Was in contact with Ivox a month after leaving due to still not being paid. My company within Ivox was Echelonfit, who is guilty of bait and switch, and providing a lot of misinformation on their website. Being a customer service agent is only difficult when the company can't live up to its promises.
