      Pros

      Majority of the staff is young and great to work with. However, management takes advantage of the youth. Employees are severely over worked and under appreciated.

      Cons

      Management is completely out of touch with the staff. Employees are not updated on anything going on within the company. Completely chaotic and disorganized.
