Pros

Have established good marketing relationships and partnerships that have helped the brand name that otherwise would be an unknown in an extremely crowded market.

Cons

Turnover rate is very high. This means the same work is often started over with every departure rather than actual progress which may can stall your efforts as well. As others mention any turnover is never communicated or explained which is very disconcerting. Review the tenure and titles of those who are no longer with the organization on LinkedIN to get an accurate picture of the turnover for yourself. This is certainly not a place for those who have more than a few years of experience. The company culture is filled with and run by fear, intimidation, and control. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Pros

A company is only as good as it's employees, and iland does a fantastic job of making sure the employees they hire will fit in with the current culture. They are a forward thinking company and are entering into a mode of growth to keep up with it's ever growing client base. It's a very fun, stimulating workplace with lots of room for creativity and growth.

Cons

Not many cons to speak of. As long as you come to work, have a friendly attitude, constantly produce good things, and stay on track you will succeed within the company. Need to be able to adapt to a changing environment at all times. As with all smaller / medium sized companies there are things that can be frustrating. Some areas of the business run very fast while others are a little behind. Things are out of sync in places and it's frustrating that we can't be as impactful together as we want to be. Yet, the people at iland work very hard and are constantly striving to reduce this by incorporating new tools and the latest and greatest technologies.
