Pros
The culture is good. They handle perks like lunch on a regular basis and put on events that break up the week. Management is great. My manager actually spends time coaching me on how to sell better, which is rare. The enablement team gets you up to speed on the product and industry without a lot of fluff, so you can start doing your job. The people are straight up. No real egos, and everyone's willing to help if you ask. The best part is that they actually promote from within. Most of the AEs here started as BDRs, so the path is clear if you put in the work. You can tell leadership has a clear direction for the company.
Cons
Not a con, but It's a sales floor, so the pace is fast. You have to be ready to keep up.
