      Pros

      I joined inLighten shortly after graduating. Everyone has been working hard to help me learn the product and the industry. The bosses work hard to make sure you feel confident in doing your job.

      Cons

      There is no consistent option for remote work. Most of what we do required us to be in the office, but some exceptions could likely be made.

      - Management always has their doors open to help assist with any question. - Teaches you everything about the industry & sales in general. - You chose how you want to plan out your day.

      - In office 5 days a week (if you like remote)
