Pros

WFH flexibility is a plus, but it often translates into excessive working hours and a poor work-life balance that management does not cares.

Cons

1.The work culture is heavily influenced by favouritism and internal politics. 2.The company lacks strong employee retention practices, leading to frequent turnover. 3.A “hire and fire” approach seems common, and performance or skills often take a back seat to workplace politics. 4.Work-life balance is extremely poor. 5.Instead of improving with growth, the overall work environment and processes have steadily deteriorated over time. 6.Employees looking for a healthy and supportive workplace may find the environment mentally exhausting, as leadership appears disconnected from the internal issues affecting teams.

Pros

Working at Inecta has been a great experience, with management and technical leads that drive to help you develop and move into a career path that you're looking for. Inecta is completely remote, and with an incredibly competitive salary, as well as some of the most friendly and caring coworkers one could ask for.

Cons

Response times due to email may be longer than expected due to time zone differences.
