      Work environment, strong values and principles shared to every employee, great principle of sharing knowledge, this experience is very valuable

      Cons

      For now, i just can't see any cons in my experience as a trainee at Innocent. Maybe it's not the case for employees, I heard that many of them were disappointed with their salary

      - great social side - lots of things to do outside of the office - they can help you start your own business

      Cons

      - as much as they say they are 'laid back' they do expect you to work extremely long hours when you don't always need to
