Been a good first year with good learning opportunities and good customer exposure. Got opportunities to upskill and leverage AI to improve work.

I was expecting fast paced work but this is rapid. Priorities can change based on market / customers

Good salary mainly because the company is desperate to hire. My recruiting team are good people. Lots of work to do.

The CEO is a nightmare to work for. Company is hemorrhaging a lot, culture is horrible, the wework space we have is a disaster to work in. We work in a dungeon. All the reviews are absolutely accurate. Run for the hills. Do not work here. We are trying to hire engineers in SF and no one wants to work here. Benefits are horrible.
