Systems and processes are in a build phase so there is not much predictability in day to day work. Nothing is mundane.

Good salary mainly because the company is desperate to hire. My recruiting team are good people. Lots of work to do.

The CEO is a nightmare to work for. Company is hemorrhaging a lot, culture is horrible, the wework space we have is a disaster to work in. We work in a dungeon. All the reviews are absolutely accurate. Run for the hills. Do not work here. We are trying to hire engineers in SF and no one wants to work here. Benefits are horrible.
