      2nd and 4th Saturday Off

      Cons

      1. No growth – No salary hikes and no promotion opportunities. 2. Too much micromanagement – Employees are constantly monitored and have very little freedom to work independently. 3. Too many unnecessary meetings – A lot of time is spent in meetings with little productive outcome. 4. Poor work culture – Lack of employee support and negative experiences during the background verification process after leaving the company.
