Don't recognise Revenue mileage rates - Contractor itContracting Employee Review

itContracting gave me my first opportunity in the BioPharma IT industry where I started as a IT Roll Out & Deskside Support Engineer. 4 years later, I've taken advantage of the opportunities available to me and developed my career. Now, I work as a Manufacturing & Lab System Support Engineer and accrued an invaluable amount of experience in the BioPharma IT Industry. Without the help, guidance and belief in me from itContracting, I wouldn't be where I am today. I can honestly say that they are professional, friendly and always encouraging you to develop yourself, be it through further education or facilitating /supporting new opportunities when they arise. itContracting is an excellent company and I would highly recommend to a friend.

One of the draw backs of working as a contractor for itContracting is that they do not pay any Holiday leave. Although this is pretty standard as a contractor, I found this arrangement particularly difficult when taking annual Leave. In a short term contract this is not a major issue, however when deployed to a site for longer periods of time 1+ years, I found this to be an issue.

I relocated from Glasgow to Dublin for a position at one of their client sites. From the get go I found IT Contracting to be amazing and supportive. I have been a contractor for 15 years and IT Contracting looks after their candidates as well as their clients. They have been so supportive throughout my 10 month contract, and have gone above and beyond to make sure that I am happy in my role. They have really stood out from any other recruitment agencys I have gone through in the past. They are very personable and approachable. I am grateful to feel valued and supported, as a lot of agencies I have gone through in the past have lean more to the client side then their candidate. I believe ITContracting to be fair to both parties and your treated as a person rather then just a pay check. Could not recommend highly enough
