Only con was the time difference but they were pretty understanding.

My experience working with this company was extremely disappointing from a business and professionalism standpoint. Despite repeated follow-ups and formal communication, payments were delayed far beyond agreed terms. Communication was inconsistent, and commitments made were rarely followed through. The company shows a pattern of poor financial discipline and lack of accountability in resolving business matters. While some individuals in the team were cooperative, overall management failed to maintain basic commercial ethics and reliability.

Severe payment delays, lack of transparency, poor follow-through on commitments.
