Cons
Nothing to note. When and if there are differences of opinion, leaders immediately address it in an open and transparent way. Leaders are very good listeners. There is lots of great talent in this company. I have heard people say that there is no opportunity for advancement. I have not been there long enough to know whether this is true. Of course advancement will be more available as the USA office grows.
