Pros
You at least make a friend or two during your suffering there and you're making a paycheck until a better opportunity comes along, which isn't hard to find. You can literally make more money at Chick-Fil-A instead of working here.
Cons
Racist remarks that are ignored, clear favoritism and nepotism, no bonuses/raises AT ALL, no training (and they will get mad if you make mistakes), benefits are terrible and there's a lot of micromanaging because no manager wants to actually do their job or they literally have no idea what they are doing.
