Pros
This company has leadership that cares for all employees. They look after employees that invest their time into growing with and for the business. I started as a Warehouse Associate 18 months ago and now run all of logistics. Pay is adequate for the level of work expected from each employee in the company in comparison to the pay/work relationships of big corporations. Flexible works schedules and most of all, we have fun and thrive at work. Environment has been and still is a work environment for growth. If you want a workplace full of learning and personal/professional growth opportunities, this is for you. Work/life balance is great compared to my past military career which I retired from. Mon thru Friday from 9am to 5pm is outstanding compared to other companies working early, mid, late shifts. COO is always in the building and easily accessible. Never turns down an employee seeking a one-on-one.
Cons
Too many former employees that have worked for the company for many months/years that get disgruntled only after they get fired for breaking the rules or company policies. They tend to write negative reviews on indeed only after they have been fired for their lack of judgment. Some former employees have abused the kindness of the company (CEO, COO). The true “con” is that former employees (fired for a reason) post bad reviews on indeed the subsequently prevent or scare away good/solid talent from applying to a job that may very well be a great opportunity for them and the Company.
