Free food, nice coworkers below management

Management is truly unprofessional and is the reason I quit they are all idiots who don't know how to effectively do there job that's why this company is failing, I've even seen a supervisor who was so nasty guest left because of her. They yell and talk down to employees, they do not accommodate them and the supervisors need to Kno how to prioritize when action is appropriate .
