Pros
I worked here for 1.6 years The good thing is here that there will be No Work pressure. It is very Good for fresher's to start their career. You will get lot to learn. The crowd is very young. All are graduation pass out and few are not completed their graduation also. The location is very nice. Fresher's will get a good pay. Employees are very friendly . I hate to use weekends and holidays. Because it was so much fun to go office daily. There was no any other reason to quit this company except the delay in Salary.
Cons
Salary is 3 month late that means you will get current month salary after two months. You will never come to know how much salary you are getting in hand because they deduct 100 - 1000rs sometimes more for no reason. Hr is of no use. Because he will never listen to you and keep giving you lam excuses. Accountant has no manners to talk. Poor management. Too much of politics. They will keep changing your place like you're in school. Promotion is done on the basis of who has joined the company 1st. Hard work is of no use. For your Full & Final settlement you have to wait for 2 months. And for you PF they will never call you. You have to keep a follow up and after 6 months they will call you to fill up the pf form.
