mParticle pays considerable well in comparison to market. However, be aware merit/performance increases are not traditionally done on an annual basis and are left to the discretion of the manager.
Cons
What I witnessed being an employee was a toxic environment which stemmed from a poor executive leadership team who lead by fear, pointed blame, and humiliation. The manner in which the CEO speaks and works with employees, external partners, and his executive team not only shocked me but made me embarrassed to be associated with. Strategy and long term planning is lacking. There is no budget to adhere to and leadership frivolously spends investor money on short term solutions to band aid poor leadership decisions instead of investing in the long term success of the company. If you're looking for stable and professional work environment, look elsewhere.
