      Pros

      - The team are very supportive - Working from home means no time wasted commuting - Once weekly office based working to meet with colleagues in person - Social outings each month - Dedicated learning time that helps achieve certifications as well as grow personal development

      Cons

      - Office weekday is not fixed so changes week on week. We do get 6 months of dates in advance
