      Pros

      There are lots of overtime and opportunities to move up, but they can't keep people.

      Cons

      Corporate does not care about branch sites, layoffs, inconsistent messaging, and the culture is terrible. They also pay some of the lowest wages in the industry for hourly workers, while the salaried team gets paid way more than industry standard.

      Pros

      Management does help you if you need it and you are often able to confer with other departments.

      Cons

      None that I noticed, except warehouse is hot during the summer.

      Pros

      The only pro I can think of at this place is the day you leave this company for a better job.

      Cons

      Leadership treats people like garbage and are then surprised when people leave for other jobs. When we had our work from home ability revoked coworkers that are at other branch locations tell horror stories of HR doing "bed checks" to make sure everyone is in the office and not working from home. Apparently, leadership believes that grown adults with professional degrees cannot be trusted. Run from this place.
