Cons
There is no concern for employee happiness or well-being. Salaries can be paid days late. Company financials are revealed to employees and paychecks are threatened in order to “motivate” them. It is a very small team and everyone will perform duties that are beyond their own role and sometimes also treated as a personal assistant. Hard work goes unappreciated and positive attitude is demanded rather than naturally cultivated. Company is a start up and run under tight management by the owner. There is absolutely no structure and no way to implement any. Leadership is extremely unprofessional, does not communicate effectively, and is exceptionally micromanaging. Unrealistic expectations are placed with no logical support and limited resources for achieving.
