Pros

I really do wish I could give more stars just because of how awesome some of the people are that work there (at the Austin office). Most of the employees are your typical young or young-at-heart Austinites that are fabulous to work with. Management is easy-going and accessible, and just as easy to kick it with as co-workers. The company is very small, so you can know everyone there rather easily.

Cons

The company has been around for a while, but the turnover rate is extremely high, which is particularly problematic when you have a team of less than 40 people. In 4 months, I saw 4 people get hired, and 11 people quit. This greatly impacts the workload of team members that stick with it, but no incentive bonuses or thank yous are really provided. One reason the turnover rate remains bad is because many people, especially newbies, can't handle the increased workload that topples over them as others keep leaving. It's a bad cycle, but management is too concerned with frugality to stop it. The salary is pretty sub-par for Austin in both hourly and salaried roles, so even though advancement seems to be easy because so many people keep leaving vacated seats behind them, you won't get paid for the slack you have to pick up.
