Pros
Working at miniOrange has been a good learning experience for me. As a Product Designer, I’ve had the chance to work on different products, understand varied user problems, and contribute to solutions that directly connect with business and customer needs. One thing I genuinely appreciate is that design opinions are heard and considered. There is room to take ownership, learn from different teams, and get exposure beyond just visual design. The office food also deserves a mention. The taste, variety, and overall food culture genuinely make the workplace experience better.
Cons
At times, it can get difficult to manage multiple high-priority tasks running in parallel. Better prioritization and clearer timelines would help teams focus better and reduce last-minute pressure.
