Pros
I have been working here as an SDE II for the past one year. Earlier, there were phases where the work culture in some teams felt difficult, but in recent months, I have seen a clear improvement. It seems the company has made visible efforts to improve the environment. Teams feel more efficient now, communication is better, and the overall workplace atmosphere has become much more positive. From a technical growth perspective, the company has always been a strong place to learn and implement new things. There is good exposure to different products, real customer problems, and evolving technologies. The company also encourages teams to explore AI tools and workflows, which helps improve productivity, development, testing, and problem-solving.
Cons
The improvement is visible, but consistency across all teams is still important. Since the work moves fast, priorities and workload can feel heavy at times.
