No one is micro-managing you. There is freedom to make your own choices and decisions, which gives you a great sense of responsibility and autonomy. The people who work here are all friends who actually like to spend time together outside of work. Because the company is small, there is opportunity for growth and to make a big impact on the future of the business.

Because the company is growing, there is a lot required of everyone to pull their own weight. The pressure to meet demands of learning new processes and platforms can get overwhelming at times. This is not a job for a button-pusher, or someone who just wants to punch a clock.
