      You can chill even if you are incompetent. Accountability is a myth around here

      1. Skills and talent not valued in this company 2. Old timers can enjoy making tons of money by delaying deployments and continue to earn per diems and international trips 3. People who add value to the company by trying to pump in efficiency, and do things the right way, are cornered by the means of politics 4. Nairobi staff has zero levels of accountability

      Pros

      Work will be like a Govt. job, if you want to learn it is the place for you. You get many materials and accounts from Online video tutorials & training Lynda account etc.,. First two years it is the place you should be. If you want to prepare for Govt. jobs or you dont want to work for extra hours, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      After three years in mode, Dont ever try to see or ask your friends pay-slip who works in a small company. You will faint if you compare. 3 years you get something around 28k, your friends will be getting 40k 43k. ;) 1.4k Views · 5 Upvotes

      Pay was ok, free lunch, free transport, game room, free parking, spacious working environment, open office style, accessible CEO, kids play room and again free lunch!
