      Pros

      Remote/Hybrid. Expectations were not overwhelming. Meetings kept to a minimum. Friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Low salary. Poor/expensive benefits. No room for growth. Poor upper management/No room for feedback from associates. Does not care for its customers. Poor office culture. Negative workplace politics. Expensive location ($30 for lunch daily). Operational issues.
