Pros
Nothing. Not even the salary. They trick you into overworking and they used to make us work 84 hours a week and when you calculate the pay it is equivalent to supermarket pay per hour.
Cons
The CEO doesn't care. The office politics are so bad. Heard from former coworkers that CEO doesn't even look into whom they are hiring and few months ago one of the team lead from a department hired a family member into the same team. Which is a big no no for any company. Immediately the co-worker I know quit it. Very biased. The sale team is pretty useless The executive are just push overs. No communication and everybody is alone in their roles and no escalation for any department Just Don't join and shame on Westpac for hiring this company.
