Was a fun work environment to be in. Lots of cool people if you weren't involved in any of the drama. Easy to balance work and school. Great pay for being in college. Lots of parties after work and free food/drinks.
Cons
People only collaborated with the people in the department. There is no room for career advancement and everyone is expendable at Billback. Management is severely lacking. The company is slowly going to die out because only a handful of people actually do their job while most employees are a waste to be there for 40 hours a week.
