      I quickly learned how to adapt in a results-driven environment. Every single employee is willing to help and extend their expertise. Even as the company expands rapidly, the atmosphere is fun and exciting.

      Every year this company grow because of good working relationship between the workers and company.

      Pros

      Does not micro-manage, focus was on your quality of work and results. Great work-life balance. Supervisors care about your growth and constantly provide support and feedback as needed. Leadership cares about the employees.

      Great pay, easy interview process.

      Cons

      No time off, no support, once you have the job you’re on your own. The only time they will reach out is if you’re being reprimanded by your employer.
