      I have been working at We-do-IT India full-time for more than 3 years No work pressure. Flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Worst in HR and Admin operations. No salary hikes for seniors. No proper structure for hierarchy and salary management.

      Working from home can be a challenge, but I love it. The company is worldwide therefore, you receive emails in the middle of the night and on your days off.
