      Pros

      Highly professional and talented engineers. Excellent working environment mostly because of the great group of people working there. Good compensation, good benefits, great vacation package.

      Cons

      Regular employees are constantly being ignored. Mid management does not get answers to their questions. Higher level management does not try to solve any problems. There is no vision or plan for the future.
