Some good people Good operations/supply chain Some new executive appointments seem to be a move in the right direction Depending on role work/life balance is pretty good (few people put in more work than they have to)
Cons
Very slow and conservative. Always behind competition in product development Short term planning. Only thing that matters is this quarter's numbers Lack of overall strategy. Company is run as a loosely aligned set of individual business units. CEO is a poor leader who does not 'do' strategy Lack of career opportunities Very political Cost cutting and job cuts have damaged morale
