You were permanently banned from the platform for violating our Abuse and Harassment policy towards users and staff. There has been only one driver ban in Texas. You were paid, and provided proof multiple times as you harassed, abused, and continuously acted belligerent towards support staff and users. You also refused to provide proof from your financial institution that they received the payment, which we were glad to provide to you as a courtesy as well.
We maintain a once-and-out, Zero-tolerance policy on Abuse and Harassment towards users and company staff. Software use, support, and integrity are a shared responsibility. Abusive behavior, harassment, belligerence, physical and verbal towards other users or staff is taken very seriously.
As the only driver to be permanently banned in Texas for violating our user Abuse and Harassment policy, we hope in the future you take this into cognizance when dealing with other companies.
