Its all about the people! Working for parcelLab comes with working with great people from all over the world. Even by working remote parcelLab is investing a lot through offsite events and creative online sessions to bring everyone together and share great moments. The onboarding is professionell and the positive vibes made me feel as part of the family quickly.
Cons
So far after 3 month there is nothing to complain about. In general the management is very open to get feedback to be able to improve.

Our people truly are at the center of everything we do - this includes our external AND internal customers (like you)! It's great to hear that you've felt this in your time with parcelLab so far. As much as we value the people, we also value remaining open to feedback so if you do have any other feedback to share with us, we always welcome it.
Thank you for taking the time to share a little about your experience so far, and we look forward to a bright future ahead!
You get to be part of lots of different roles and decisions and the company is growing quickly
Cons
Managing multiple timezones internally can be tough to juggle but everyone is always available for quick answers

Pros
Fully remote work with option to go into office if you want. Love that they provided an allowance to furnish my home office with whatever I needed to be comfortable.
Team is global but everyone is available when you need them and willing to help. Opportunities to meet co-workers with well thought out offsite trips/meetings.
Strong product offering and a focus on solving complex problems for customers. Coming from another company where the approach was one-size-fits-all it is nice to feel like we are actually trying to be a partner with our customers rather than adding to their technical debt.
Well established in Europe and now a strong focus on growing in the US. I appreciate that they understand that both markets have their own unique set of circumstances and are open to shifting their offering or expectations based on the market and not "well this is the way we have always done it".
Cons
Such a small complaint but being a European based company a lot of the on-boarding and training videos include non-american slang or references so have to understand the unique phrases or convert the foreign currency examples to American dollars. But honestly that is kind of the fun part too!
