      - 5 days working, No rotational shifts - Decent work environment - Balance personal and professional life - No work pressure and burden - Manager and Team leaders are very helpful and cooperative

      - Not required to work weekends.

      - Basically everything else... - Absolutely APPALLING leadership where you're basically there to stroke the ego of a delusional narcissist on a power trip. - No company culture at all. - My mental health plummeted and my weight sky-rocketed because of the inconsistent, conflicting and constantly-changing demands.
