Pros

1. Strong Engineering Team: The development team is skilled and produces good work. 2. Good Benefits and Salary: Competitive compensation and benefits make it appealing for developers. 3. Ideal for Developers: A great environment for those focused on development or GRC-related roles. 4. Product-Centric Approach: The company prioritizes its product, clients, and revenue, which may appeal to those looking for a business-oriented culture.

Cons

1. Lack of Cybersecurity Focus: The management lacks a clear understanding of core cybersecurity principles, especially offensive security and penetration testing. 2. No Learning Opportunities in Cybersecurity: Minimal support for professional growth in offensive security, cloud security, or hands-on assessments. 3. Poor Management Collaboration: Senior management is not supportive or collaborative, making decision-making challenging. 4. Disagreements Within the Team: Frequent disagreements make it hard to reach a consensus on cybersecurity-related matters. 5. Limited Access for Security Assessments: No permissions or authority are given to explore vulnerabilities or conduct meaningful assessments. 6. Cybersecurity Neglected: Vulnerabilities and their impacts are not given due importance, which could affect long-term security goals. 7. Major politics and nepotism at it's peak.

Pros

Competitive pay, friendly coworkers, free lunch every day (up to $20/day including tax), lots of free snacks, free gym membership located nearby, nice pool table, foosball table, free massage chairs, nice lounges, soundproof phone/work booths, beautiful office location area, boss is easy to work with, and a chill laid back environment. No heavy stress so far.

Cons

I'm a part time employee for now. 25 hours a week (If it started off as full-time would have been 5 stars). No medical/dental benefits or 401k, etc. (likely due to being a part time employee)
