      Ich denke, dass man offen sein muss Neues zu lernen und sich auf Dinge einlassen muss. Das ist etwas was ich aber stark wertschätze.

      Pros

      I've been in payever for a while already and the company has gone through a significant transition. Before there was a lot of turnover and now we are really only looking for people who burn for what they do. Hiring has become much more selective than in in the past and the interview process is tougher, but at least now we are hiring people that really fit in with the culture.

      Cons

      At times the amount of work is overwhelming.
