I have worked in many places throughout my career and I can honestly say that being a recruiter at payever is one of the most stimulating jobs I’ve had. The team is young, driven and cooperative with each other but they still push you to do more. I’ve never been in a place where people are actually proactive to help you when you have a problem but also expect you to push yourself to achieve the results that are expected. The culture of the company is definitely results and performance oriented. We are all provided with a healthy environment and great team to perform but in the end what matters is getting things done.
