Pros

The only pro that i could think of is the advanced level of the codebase.

Cons

A Terrible Work Environment My experience with this company was extremely negative. Here are some key issues I faced: High-Stress Environment – The workplace was overwhelmingly stressful, with unrealistic expectations. Weekend Work Required – They expected employees to work on weekends, and when I declined, they fired me—on a Sunday evening. No Onboarding or Support – There was no onboarding process, no guidance, and zero consideration for a developer’s experience level. Unfair Payment System – At the time, they paid per completed ticket, which was both unreliable and stressful. Restricted Communication – Developers were not allowed to communicate with each other directly. Instead, all questions had to go through a middleman, who forwarded them anonymously. This system was likely why they used Telegram instead of professional tools like Slack or Teams—to prevent direct contact. Deceptive Hiring Practices – The hiring process was pleasant, but once I started working, everything changed drastically. The workplace became chaotic and unprofessional. No Respect for Employees – I left a stable job to work for them, only to be fired within a week. This left me unemployed, with payment for just two days of work. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend working here. Even 1 Star is a lot for them.

Pros

I've been in payever for a while already and the company has gone through a significant transition. Before there was a lot of turnover and now we are really only looking for people who burn for what they do. Hiring has become much more selective than in in the past and the interview process is tougher, but at least now we are hiring people that really fit in with the culture.

Cons

At times the amount of work is overwhelming.
