Pros

There are some learning opportunities if you look hard enough, and the founder does have a strong, "future-proof" vision for the product which is interesting to observe. Occasional good work is recognized, and the veteran employees (those who have been there 6+ years) are like gentle giants super polite, friendly, and willing to share their knowledge.

Cons

1. You are not given a free hand to learn or execute. Managers dictate exactly how things must be done rather than focusing on the outcome. The founder openly boasts about "egging" employees to get them to work, creating a low-trust environment. Furthermore, credit for good work is frequently swallowed up by management. 2. "Flexible timings" are a complete facade. HR strictly tracks in/out times, expecting a 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM schedule (which is nowhere in the offer letter). Managers deliberately schedule daily meetings at 6:30 PM so you cannot log off. Expect sudden weekend calls while out with family for non-critical issues that drag on until 2 AM. This takes a severe toll; it is common to hear colleagues openly discussing anxiety issues caused by the workplace. 3. Compensation is below industry standards. The "unlimited leaves" policy is an illusion designed to avoid paying leave encashments; unofficially, approvals stop after 22 days. Furthermore, there are no boundaries when requesting time off. You cannot simply cite "personal reasons" for a leave; management forces you to disclose your exact personal issues before they will approve it. Taking even approved WFH has also resulted in abrupt terminations. 4. There is zero stability here. The company has gone through roughly four rounds of layoffs, creating an atmosphere of constant fear. 5. Previous leadership was allegedly fired for favoritism, only for the founder to rebuild the new teams using the exact same biased metrics. Designations and titles are handed out arbitrarily and do not align with actual years of experience. 6. If you are joining as an intern or on probation, be incredibly careful. The company is notorious for endlessly extending internships without ever converting them to full-time roles, or abruptly ending them without cause.

Pros

nothing to mention but you will get some of good employees but they also left the organisation.

Cons

no life balance, during hiring they told you that we provide you many facilities and all. we will convert to the full-time , but they don't do anything like that . only 10-15 total peoples are there in the dev.very toxic culture, better to stay unemployed for few more days and look for better option.
