Bad higher managerement decisions throughout last 2 years

I had the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and great people who were always available to help. The atmosphere in the office was nice, and I had creative freedom to experience all aspects of UX Design.

The salary was ok but only one raise for 2.5 years and no experienced designers to learn from.
