Pros
Very flexible work environment given most of the team is distributed. The founders are both brilliant and funny, and they create a very comfortable and inclusive environment. The culture is mature and people are kind, everyone works hard to help the company succeed. Definitely one of the best working environments I've ever been a part of, especially for a startup. I also really like the work-life balance and the amount of impact your role can have on the company. The team is small, and everyone brings a unique set of experiences and view points to the group as a whole. I really enjoy the diversity and the type of work we get to do. Plus, the benefits are great - really grateful.

No big cons right now. There is no company match on the 401k which I know is normal.
