No proper workstations No sick days, it wasn't uncommon that many of us would end up losing money because we kept getting each other sick, and people came in while sick. A lot of people got away with being less productive, chatting, streaming instead of testing, yet management would pick on others who would actually find the most issues. They used performance reviews that seemingly varied according to the current mood of management, they happened pretty often, in addition to a yearly review. No room to grow Initiative not always welcomed

Relax atmosphere, cool employees. Pretty flexible hours. Good for students Fun clients. Decent compensation.
Cons
No sick days. No real included breaks (only 10 minutes paid). 8.5 hour days, not a real 9 - 5 job. 42.5h a week, where 2.5 are unpaid lunch breaks. Inconsistent quality in workstations. Some people had great modern workstations others had sluggish older laptops that could barely get the job done. Some waited years to get a computer upgrade others got one upon hiring. Rules sometimes don't seem to apply to some employees, causing moral issues. Often projects get switched around last minute at the expense of some other employee's clients.
