      Pros

      The company is very organized in terms of internal communications. They have invested a lot in software that makes day to day very easy [task management tools, internal communications etc]. The company has a start-up philosophy which is great since you can collaborate with other team members and bounce of ideas making it a very creative environment to work at. The managing director is great and gives you opportunities to run new ideas and projects. Overall very satisfied!

      Cons

      Due to seasonality and the nature of business workload is not evenly distributed throughout the year. But that is to be expected really!
